Chocolate Cake

While I am on this chocolate kick.....

It is my friend Dan's birthday. He is the big 50! I thought I would celebrate with a cake, but alas I am on a gluten free diet.

Chocolate Cake

Citron Vodka
Frangelica
Sugar
Lemon

Sugar the rim of a shot glass.
Cut the lemon into wedges.
Put crushed ice into a shaker. Pour 1 1/2 ounces of Citron Vodka and 1 1/2 ounces of Frangelica. Shake and pour into sugared shot glass.
Take a bite of the lemon and take the shot.

Hmmm....tastes like Chocolate Cake...Kinda weird!

Chocolate Martini

I deserve a treat tonight. I just spent four days cleaning and painting my smelly teenager's room.

Chocolate Martini

Vanilla Vodka
Creme de Cocoa
Chocolate Syrup (Optional)

Prepare your glasses: Wet your martini glass and place in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Once frosted remove from freezer and drizzle chocolate syrup in a pretty design.

And now for the good stuff: Put crushed ice in your shaker, along with 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of Vanilla Vodka and 3/4 ounces of Creme de Cocoa. Shake it up good and pour into your frosty martini glass.

Peppermint Cocoa

Baby it's cold outside!

This drink will be sure to warm you up.

Hot cocoa
Peppermint schnapps

Prepare a cup of hot cocoa and add 1 1/2 ounces of peppermint schnapps. If you wish, you may add a bit of whipped cream.

Yummy in my tummy!
