Irish Coffee




Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Irish Coffee

Irish Whiskey
Brown Sugar
Heavy whipping cream
Coffee

Add about 4 ounces of coffee to an Irish coffee mug. Stir into the coffee a teaspoon of brown sugar. Add two ounces of the Irish whiskey to the coffee. In a metal or glass bowl beat 3 ounces of heavy whipping cream and a teaspoon of brown sugar into a stiff cream. Top the coffee mixture with the whip cream.
