Strawberry Bellini
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Strawberries (Fresh or Puree)
Amaretto
Put about three cups of fresh strawberries into a blender. Add two teaspoons of sugar to the strawberries and blend into a puree. (Fresh is always best, but if you must, add two cups of strawberry puree to the blender). Fill blender with ice. Add one cup of sparkling wine or champagne along with a 1/2 cup of Amaretto. Blend into a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and float a layer of Amaretto.
This Bellini is fit for a princess!
